Our Policy on Refunds

All purchases for Access Passes on Scalvoto are final and non-refundable. No refund is applicable under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of our service, which provides immediate, direct access to our network of experts and digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a payment is made and access is granted.

Access Pass (One-Time Payments)

Our service plans are sold as "Access Passes" for a fixed duration (e.g., 28 days). These are one-time payments and are not recurring subscriptions.

Cancellations

Since our plans are one-time payments for a fixed duration, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Your access will automatically expire at the end of your paid period (e.g., 28 days from the date of purchase). You will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase another Access Pass.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical errors resulting in the inability to access the service, please contact our support team at support@scalvoto.com within 48 hours of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or resolve the technical issue. This does not constitute a right to a refund.
